    US Sports and Apparel, Inc. makes every effort to produce your order in a fast and efficient manner. For decorated orders, please allow up to fifteen (15) business days from the time you place your order for your items to be available. For online stores with a close date or countdown, order fulfillment of up to fifteen (15) business days begins AFTER the store closes and/or countdown expires.

    For certain items, including but not limited to custom uniforms, lead times can be longer than fifteen (15) business days. For example, custom hockey uniforms can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer.  Lead times can vary for brand name items and/or promotional products as well.

    Shipping: For all shipped orders you will receive a notification upon shipment. US Sports and Apparel, Inc. uses multiple carriers in an effort to get your order to you as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

    Delivery: For some items delivery is available. In these cases, you will receive a notification once your delivery is scheduled. 

    Pickup: Occasionally stores have the option for order pickup. If so, you will receive a notification once your items are available. 

    For School/Program distribution all products/orders will be delivered to the School/Program for distribution.

    Recommended Steps to Determine Sizing

    You should always refer to the size chart for each item you are considering as size charts can differ from one brand/style to another.

    If, after referring to the size chart for an item, you are unsure on the sizing follow the steps below.

    1. Select a garment you currently wear and like the way it fits.

    2. Lay it on a flat surface (your table, or floor) and smooth it out so it looks like the diagram on this page.

    3. Measure from one side to the other - about 1" below the armhole (Line B in the diagram). This will be your garment's 1/2 chest measurement. 

    4. Compare the measurements to the measurements on the size chart for the item(s) you are considering to help determine the best size to select.
